Written by Ann Farnum Curtis (1976). The title refers to the three waves of people who came to Lake Ronkonkoma
and caused dramatic changes. Early deeds, records, old journals, scrapbooks and family
genealogies were
available to Ann for her research. Old timers shared their memories and anecdotes and treasured pictures were
